Gentle yoga is a great class for beginners, or those recovering from injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions. It helps to balance a hectic lifestyle and is great for students with limitations.
In this yoga class, postures are held for a longer period of time to receive maximum physical and energetic benefits. Expect breath work, muscle elongation, and toning.
Flow moves from pose to pose in coordination with the breath, integrating variety of sun salutations, core, twists, hip openers, forward bends, standing poses.
FASCIA & YIN YOGA
Fascia & Yin Yoga – work with the fascia (connective tissue that wraps the muscles & hold bones together). Chronic tightness of this tissue layer causes stiffness & inflexibility, restricting mobility and energy flow.
HOLY YOGA FLOW
This Christ-honoring form of yoga is open to believers and non-believers alike. We practice to Christian music, have scripture, prayer, and fantastic Yoga session.
